Kettle Gryp Review

We all love kettlebells, but they sure are expensive! There is no doubt about it. Plus, if you want a few of them, they take up quite a bit of space, unless you want to spend even more money on some sort of rack. The Kettle Gryp helps address both of these issues in the home gym setting by allowing you to transform your dumbells into a kettlebell-like option. In addition, if you are going to a gym that doesn’t have any or travel a lot, this can also come in handy. They are very practical and reasonably priced at under $40. Right now, they are $34.95 on Amazon (PRIME).

It’s one of those products where you say to yourself, “Why didn’t I think of that?!” They are designed brilliantly and solve several problems, specifically for home gym owners.  However, at first glance, you may wonder if it is solid, or will it last? Only time will tell if it will last a long time, but all signs point to saying, ‘yes.’ The material is extremely lightweight, but also very sturdy. Once the dumbbell is locked in, there is no doubt that it is secure. I’ve been very confident while doing kettlebell swings, along with several other movements.

There are just a few other items that you should keep in mind before purchasing. While it fits, most dumbells (up to 55 pounds), there are a few that it does not work with yet. Kettle Gryp has made a ‘Fitting Guide’ to help with this.  In addition, you must keep in mind that a few movements such as the KB Clean may be difficult since you’ll have a dumbbell brushing up against you rather than a bell-like shape. Nevertheless, there are still countless exercises that can be done.

Overall, this is a phenomenal product for the home gym. It will save you money and space over time as you look to expand your home gym. Plus, it weighs next to nothing, so you can take it anywhere. We highly recommend it if you are looking to add versatility to your home gym. We’d even say get two, adding, even more, options! Check it out on Amazon here.

Keep Slammin’!
