💪What’s the best programming option you’ve used within a home gym setting?
This was our #sundaysurveydiscussion. Some of the notable responses included:
Chasersoup Conjugate x Conditioning from @jasonbrowncoaching – slowly but surely getting into best shape of my life. Lot of ways to work it in too. 3/4/5/6 days a week whatever works for you
Coachcarp76 For beginners and learning barbells I like @startingstrength after you max that out I would look for a coach or programmer for whatever your interested in the most. Powerlifting, strength lifting, strong man, Olympic lifting, CrossFit etc. or even marathons, Ironman, cycling etc whatever you enjoy and will do long term. Getting stronger first helps all of those things
Donald_mason Currently following programming by @mountain_tactical #mountaintacticalinstitute I contacted MTN to get on programming, being 2 years out from a selection school. The Founder/President, Rob Shaul, got back to me with a legitimate program. So far, I couldn’t be happier with the results and I know if I follow this program, I will surely be prepared when the day comes! 💪🏼💪🏼
Matthews_mobility 5/3/1 is the best free program I’ve tried. I’m a busy dad, it’s brainless to follow, and I feel great and look good on it.
Sierrawhiskeyfitness Right now I’m working with a powerlifting coach and that has really helped me regain strength and fix form. I really liked @juggernauttraining before I started working with someone one on one.
