M20
Force USA’s M20 rebuilds its all-in-one trainer on true 3×3, 11-gauge uprights with 1″ holes. It combines a walk-through power rack, a Smith machine, and front-mounted Freestyle Pulley Arms that switch between 1:1 and 2:1 ratios with a single twist. It comes plate-loaded or with a 200 lb weight stack (upgradable to 250), includes more than 20 attachments, runs $3,999 to $4,999, and is currently available for preorder.

Dogbone Cable Connector
Fringe Sport’s Dogbone Cable Connector is a 33″ matte black bar that clips both cable ends of a dual-stack functional trainer into one attachment point, so a 2:1 machine pulls like 1:1. It has 23 holes along its length for setting handle width, is rated to 550 lb, works with the Dane 2.0 and other trainers that take standard cable attachments, and costs $59, or $89 with D-handles.

Bazooka Arms
GIANT’s Bazooka Arms are a pair of swiveling pulley arms that replace the standard trolleys on the AXIS rack and potentially other racks, rotating 180° both vertically and horizontally for 90 total cable positions. They ride on the same Flow Rollers as the AXIS trolleys and have a chrome-plated vertical guide with laser-etched position numbers and machined aluminum pop pins, and the pair sells for $479.99.

Mini Isolator Stand and Packages
Bulletproof Fitness’s new Mini Isolator Stand ($599–699) is a compact 28″x43″x53″ rack-free home for the Isolator attachment, using a kickstand-supported design to keep it in one usable mounting height for curls, extensions, and pullovers without constant rearranging. It’s sold standalone or bundled with the Isolator, lever arms, and seat/pad into three complete “packages” ($1,399–$1,499) so customers can go straight to a dedicated compact training station.

APEX NBE
The redesigned APEX NBE ($599) is a 4-in-1 machine combining Nordic curls, back extensions, split squats/hip thrusts, and reverse hypers in one compact, 500 lb-rated unit with vertical storage for home or commercial gyms. It’s a single-product refresh rather than a bundle lineup, built to replace several standalone posterior-chain machines with one adjustable station.

Rack Mounted Utility Seat from Titan
Titan’s new Rack Mounted Utility Seat ($249.99, or $349.99 with an added comfort pad) is a 1,000 lb rated, quick pin steel platform that attaches across multiple points on T-3, X-3, and TITAN Series racks, including crossmembers, uprights, safeties, spotter arms, and lever arms, to support leg presses, preacher curls, box squats, Bulgarian split squats, and similar exercises. It stores directly on the rack when not in use, turning a single accessory into several extra training setups without needing a dedicated bench or machine.

Crossmembers with Storage
Fringe Sport’s new Crossmembers with Storage ($229/pair) are 30″ 3×3 rack crossmembers with built-in horizontal pegs, holding two barbells off the floor at rack height using UHMW contact points to protect the finish and knurling. They install like standard crossmembers with no extra hardware, folding barbell storage into a component the rack already needs instead of requiring a separate stand or wall rack.

Resistance Bands 2.0 from REP
REP’s Resistance Bands 2.0 refresh REP’s layered latex pull-up bands with an earth-tone colorway and cleaner branding across seven resistance levels, from 5-15 lb up to 70-175 lb, sold individually or as a five-band set. It’s a cosmetic and lineup refresh rather than a construction change, aimed at matching the look of a more curated home gym setup.

Edge Core Post
Exponent Edge’s new Edge Core Post ($199, pre-order shipping November 30) is a 3×3 heavy-duty steel wall-mounted post, available as a single 7-foot section or two half posts, meant to run attachments like the Infinity Arm, Landmine Bar, and RMGHD without a full power rack. Mounting two posts creates a minimalist barbell station with J-cups and safeties, positioning it as a modular, expandable rack alternative for small-space home gyms rather than a single-purpose accessory.

QuickSlide Roller J-Hooks and Spotter Arms from Titan
- Pin-free QuickSlide™ roller J-hooks, pull the trigger, tilt back, set your height, tilt forward to lock, with built-in bar-centering rollers, UHMW/nylon contact points, and a 1,200 lb rackable capacity, sold separately for X-3 racks ($179.99) and TITAN Series racks ($189.99).
- AND Spotter Arms. $329.99 QuickSlide™ spotter arms for TITAN Series racks, pull the trigger, tilt up, set your height, tilt down to lock, with an extended UHMW-lined catch surface for safe solo lifting and a 1,200 lb combined weight capacity. These are also available for X-3 racks.

Tartarus – Elevated Squat Platform from Eve Company
Tartarus is EVE Company’s Voltra belt squat platform, pre-ordering from $399, with Batch 1 shipping at the end of October (one Voltra Dock installed) and Batch 2 at the end of December. Pre-order customers can add a second dock for free.

Gym Nano Available for Pre-Order

Strive™ Curved Treadmill
The Strive Curved Treadmill is a self-powered runner that folds sprinting, walking, and sled training into one machine. A clutch disconnect lets you switch between a completely free run and eight levels of magnetic resistance, up to 550 lbs flat and 535 lbs on incline. The deck adjusts between flat and a 3° angle using gas shocks, and dual consoles, one up top and one heads down near your feet, track pace, distance, and sled resistance whether you’re running upright or grinding through a low push stance.

Three New Selectorized Strength Machines with Voltra Integration Option from Temple of Gainz
All of these releases allow you to purchase a stack-weight option or connect a Voltra.
- THE QUADRILOGY™: Temple of Gainz’s fourth-gen leg extension/seated leg curl combo gets heavier structural reinforcement, aluminum pulleys, knurled handles, and now an optional Beyond Power VOLTRA digital resistance unit in place of the standard 264 lb weight stack.
- THE IRON PRONE™: Temple of Gainz’s fourth-gen leg extension/prone leg curl combo, using aluminum pop pins to switch between exercises and adding a reinforced frame, a larger cam for higher felt resistance, plus an optional VOLTRA-only configuration that drops the 264 lb weight stack for Beyond Power’s digital resistance unit.
- THE THUNDER THIGHS™: This combines hip abduction and adduction into one machine with a back pad that adjusts from upright to flat in 15° increments, seven starting positions per movement, swiveling thigh pads, and an optional VOLTRA-only configuration that swaps the weight stack for Beyond Power’s digital resistance system.

IM2000 V2 20th Anniversary Edition
Ironmaster has released the IM2000 V2 20th Anniversary Edition, a compact all-in-one setup that can handle Smith-style squats and presses, bench work, pull-ups, lat pulldowns, low rows, cable exercises, and more through its high/low pulley system and optional attachments. It keeps a 48″ x 48″ footprint while offering a 1,000-lb-rated guided bar and 1.7″ lockout spacing, making it a pretty versatile option for fitting a lot of training into a small home gym.

Monroe 2 from Oak Club
The Monroe 2 is Oak Club Mfg’s row and belt squat platform, built from 3×3″ 1/8″-wall tube with three adjustable incline angles and three footpad stance widths, and an optional Voltra 1 crossmember for connecting one or two cable units alongside the traditional barbell saddle. It’s built to order in Canada with a 3–5 week lead time, and lets you mix classic barbell rowing with cable-based training on a single unit.

Hyper Pro X via Freak Athlete
The Hyper Pro X gives the original an upgrade with simplicity in mind. As many know, it hits Nordics, GHDs, back extensions, leg extensions, and 25+ other movements with just two adjustment points and no parts to swap. It’s compact enough to store vertically in under 2×2 ft, rated for 500 lbs, and ships with a $200-value GHD attachment included.

Needle Spotter Arms from Fringe
The Needle Low Profile Spotter Arms hold 700 lbs while taking up just 3.5 holes on your upright, versus roughly 5 to 7 for standard spotter arms, so you get heavy-duty protection without eating into space for other attachments. They mount in seconds via magpins and fit any 3×3 rack with 1″ or 5/8″ holes, with two magpins included and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

REP Spotter Arms 2.0
REP’s Spotter Arms 2.0 include a new swing-in C-cup design that mounts securely without needing an extra anti-rotation pin. Drop-tested to 1,000 lbs and built from 11-gauge steel with full-length TPU liners, they now come in a Short variant that doubles as an extended J-cup for incline pressing in compact setups.

The Bubble Butt Adjustable 3D Smith Hip Thrust Machine by TOG
The Bubble Butt is Temple of Gainz’s plate-loaded hip thrust machine, using an adjustable 3D Smith-style carriage that moves both vertically and horizontally to follow the natural arc of the hips instead of locking users into a fixed path. It packs in two interchangeable pad configurations, an adjustable-angle footplate, multiple range-of-motion settings, and independent racking handles, all on heavy-duty linear bearings for a stable feel under load.

Body-Solid GSFR100 All-in-One Functional Trainer/Smith
The Body-Solid GSFR100 packs a Smith machine, functional trainer, and lat/row station into one footprint, with dual 210 lb weight stacks, 43-position swiveling pulleys, and a 600 lb Smith capacity backed by 17 lockout positions and integrated safety spotters. Add the optional J-cups and spotter arms and it converts into a freeweight half-rack rated up to 1,000 lbs, making it a genuine multi-machine setup rather than just a Smith with extras bolted on.

Plate Holder Extender from Synergy Custom Fitness
The Plate Holder Extender is an elbow attachment that rotates plate storage 90 degrees so holders point forward instead of out to the side, letting a squat rack push flush against the wall or doubling plate capacity on a Synergy plate tree. It bolts onto existing 3×3 or 2×3 uprights with 5/8″ or 1″ holes, ships with matched hardware, and comes in configurations with zero, one, or two plate holders included.

Compact Leg Press 2027 Edition from Force USA
Force USA’s updated Compact Leg Press & Hack Squat gets several upgrades for 2027, including a larger footplate, more adjustable hack squat positioning, eight lockout safety positions, upgraded padding, and a 700 lb weight capacity, all while keeping its compact footprint.

Cloverfield Cable Tower & Gatling Seat via Fringe Sport
Fringe Sport’s Cloverfield Cable Tower features a 220 lb weight stack and two separate pulley systems, one for lat pulldowns and low rows and another for single cable work. Its modular 3×3 design also supports attachments like a belt squat and dip bar and can even expand into a squat stand.
In addition, the Gatling Seat combines a lat pulldown seat, adjustable row pad, and leg rollers into one rack-mounted attachment, with 20 pad positions for movements like chest-supported rows, cable curls, flyes, Nordic curls, and more

Freak Athlete Adjustable Dumbbells
Freak Athlete’s new Adjustable Dumbbells range from 10 to 85, 105, or 120 lbs in 5 lb increments, featuring a fast-adjusting cageless design and lifetime drop warranty, with a fully refundable deposit available now to lock in early bird pricing.

Rogue Adjustable Bench 4.0
Rogue’s Adjustable Bench 4.0 features a new telescoping spine and updated adjustment system, with 10 back pad positions, 3 seat positions, and a more streamlined design than the previous version.

Rogue 40” Multi-Use Straight Bar – Aluminum
This new attachment from Rogue is a USA-made, 40″ cable attachment with Ohio Bar knurling and a patent-pending bushing-supported swivel hub for lat pulldowns, rows, curls, pushdowns, and Air Rhino deadlifts.

AO Squat Platform from Fringe Sport
Fringe Sport’s AO Squat Platform adds versatility to your existing belt squat setup and gives each foot independent 0°–30° heel elevation, so you get deeper, hack-squat-style quad recruitment without buying another machine. This launches tomorrow.

The much-anticipated Rogue Air Rhino has been released.
The Rogue Air Rhino is a $1,295 flywheel-based belt squat trainer with concentric-only, velocity-dependent resistance (up to 1,200 lbs peak in Rhino Mode), a contoured squat belt, LCD console with Bluetooth/ANT+, and stand-alone or rack-mount options.
The first batch sold out extremely fast, and it is currently available.
Rogue Curl Bar Cable Attachment Coming Next Week
Rogue’s Curl Bar Cable Attachment ($245) now comes in a stainless steel option, a finish many customers had been asking for after the bar was only available in E-Coat; it’s a 35.5″, 12LB EZ-curl-style bar with Ohio Bar knurling and a 28.5MM shaft.
