- Titan Max Adjustable FID Bench scored well below most of the REP Benches
- The Powerblock Pro Series Straight Bar takes the crown for the lowest score of the year so far.

☝️ One a Day Recap
Rapid Rings: The worst part of using rings is setting them up and constantly adjusting them. Plus, dealing with the strap that falls off from time to time is not fun. While this is not a “cheap fix,” the Rapid Rings help solve these issues. With a simple release or push of the “button,” the height can be adjusted in seconds with the Rapid Rings. It’s as simple as that. Time and frustration are definitely saved, but it does come at a premium price.
X Training Elite Competition Training Bar 2.0: This Multi-Purpose Bar from X Training Equipment is as good as it gets for the price. To anyone looking for a budget-friendly barbell that can do it all, the Elite Competition Training Bar 2.0 is absolutely one to consider. At $219 (but currently on sale for $175) with Free Shipping, it performs and includes similar specs to comparable bars from more well-known brands. It’s built solidly and will perform well for many years to come.
AbMat RooBox: For plyometrics and CrossFit workouts, Wooden Plyo Boxes are as steady as it gets. Because of this, stability is typically suited better for high-intensity workouts than “soft” plyo boxes. However, that also means sharp edges, which can be intimidating for the common person. If you miss a jump, you’re screwed. You are likely to end up with cuts or bruises on your shins, along with a bruised ego, which may reduce your confidence when performing movements on the box in the future. The RooBox helps solve this issue. These Made in the USA boxes include a rounded edge that limits this danger. While this addition adds to the cost, it’s an option that many who are timid because of these sharp edges or would rather avoid this risk should consider.
