REP moves to Free Shipping
Yesterday, REP moved to a free shipping model. Some items are cheaper than they were before, while others are not. For example, benches are slightly lower if buying one-off, while some dumbbells appear to be a bit pricier. Overall, it seems that the prices did jump, though, which could also be due to several other factors like the price of steel being up considerably.

Highlights from the last Hot or Not Survey include:
- The Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 wins with 90% voting 🔥.
- In a dumbbells battle, the Fully Knurled Dumbbells (REP) beat out all other options by a good amount. The rubber grip options were definitely disrespected.
- The Crandall High/Low Pulley scored pretty high and beat out the Plate Loadable Lat Tower from Titan by a few % points when done earlier in the year.

Wall Control Panels: Metal pegboards are in many garages. However, they are primarily used to organize tools. While Wall Control isn’t necessarily a product marketed to the home gym crowd much, this makes an excellent storage option for many of the smaller attachments you have lying around the gym. This may include everything from rack attachments to collars or bands. Other items include backpacks, belts, magnetic timers, or you can mix in other tools if necessary.
These American-Made Wall Control Panels are easy to install, solidly constructed, and more versatile for attachments than anything else available for home gym owners. They also are not terribly expensive.
REP Lat/Low Row Attachment from REP: For those who appreciate the movements accompanying this attachment, the Lat/Low Row accessory is a solid enough option to entice someone to choose a REP rack over many of its competitors. This attachment takes up just a little more space but adds many “commercial gym favorite” movements like the lat pull-down, tricep extensions, low row, and the ability to hit every muscle group. It’s convenient to use, smooth, and doesn’t hinder the rest of your rack too much.
The Titan Fitness Preacher Curl…. The price is set at $135 with free shipping, and it has a small footprint; did you know this was out there? Yes, this piece of equipment is extremely affordable, and yes, it definitely gets the job done as advertised, but it’s not all sunshine and rainbows.Â
Other Survey Results
In a head-to-head matchup between the REP FT-5000 and the Titan Single Stack Pulley, the Functional Trainer received 62% of the votes.
Gainz are made in the kitchen, right? 91% said it’s more difficult to eat healthy than workout enough.
In a battle of leg machines from Titan, the Seated Leg Curl received 38% more votes than the Lying Prone Leg Curl. Only 23% said they had no interest in these machines at all.
67% voted that @garagegymjunkies should paint his ceiling black.
46% say they are likely to spend at least $300 on their home gym in the last half of the year. Only 11% said $0.
