- Oso Collars in the Boneyard
- Hydra Racks are still 10% off during pre-order.

đź“śOld School Iron from Bells of Steel
Bells of Steel has added some Deep Dish Plates to the lineup. These include a 1% tolerance, black e-coat finish, and machined steel. These plates are 10% off during the pre-sale. It seems like they’ll ship in about two weeks.
đź––Split Squat Pad from AbMat
The Split Squat Pad is a collaboration between Dr. Kelly Starrett of The Ready State and AbMat.
It allows you to turn any squat rack into a variable-height single-leg squat station. Simply rack your barbell at the proper height, slide the Split Squat Pad (SSP) onto one end of the barbell, add a 45-pound plate onto the opposing end, and start squatting. Pretty cool!
đź“ŠWhat Companies are Most Filling their Gym with?
In the most recent #sundaysurveydiscussion, we asked, “Where are most of your gym equipment from?” We compiled the results for all those responses that included only a single company.
Or, if they said something like, “Most of my stuff is from Rogue, but my benches are from REP,” we would give the tally to Rogue.
As expected, Rogue was the easy winner with 50% of the votes. The rest of the numbers are below:
In addition to what’s above, the Sunday Survey asked if you owned equipment from 19 companies. Those results are below. A deeper analysis on the blog and podcast will be released next week. Nevertheless, a whopping 84% do own something from Rogue.
🚣Peloton Rower Launched
If you’re reading this, you likely don’t care much about Peloton products. Nevertheless, they did launch a rower this week for $3,195 + $44 a month for the membership.
I just wanted to point out that you can get the Big 3 from Concept 2 for less than that.
