REP Releases Selectorized Lat/Low Row Attachment
A Selectorized Lat/Low Row Attachment is now available from REP at a reasonable price! The 200lbs weight stack includes a 1:1 ratio and can be upgraded to 300lbs.
If you already own the plate-loaded lat and low row attachment, you can purchase the conversion kit to upgrade for a lower price.
Some other important features include:
- The integrated band pegs on the base and head-plate provide the option for more weight.
- It features high-quality cables made from galvanized wire with a raw steel core rated at 1100lbs and aluminum pulleys.
- A matte black powder coated lat pulldown bar and straight low row bar are included.
Rogue Adds Narrow Multi Grip
This is a V2 of the original MG-4 after feedback from the community was given. The MG-4NC includes a narrower frame (7.1” wide vs. 10”) and shorter/thicker handles (5” long vs. 6.75” long, 32mm diameter vs. 28.5mm).
55% Believe Rogue will be Top Equipment Supplier for Home Gym Strength in 5 Years
To no surprise, Rogue was the top choice when this question was asked. REP received nearly 30% of the votes, Titan 9%, and then “other” was 7%.
This time around, Titan replaced Walmart/Amazon, so the phrasing was a bit different, but we did see REP rise x%. Rogue dropped a single percentage point.

Rogue will continue to monopolize the industry but they should really aim to shift away from the “take it or leave it” mentally. Very limit can be customized compared to other competitors in the space

Rogue. Just look at what occurred with Ghost most recently. Also, theres a reason why companies like Kabuki and Marrs have their equipment sold through Rogue.

I’d say Rep Fitness for the quality, price point, and innovation.

REP, Rogue, and Titan. I think each brings something similar but different to the table, in terms of affordability Titan but quality and popularity has to be Rogue and REP. Longshots could possibly be smaller companies such as Griffin, at least here on the West Coast.
