The Stainless Straight Lat Bar is the latest Stainless Steel attachment from Rogue. These fully knurled pulldown bars use the same 28.5mm barbell steel found in the SS Ohio Bar and are available in either 20″ or 40.”

Double Hook Straight Bar
Recently released from bells of steel is the Double Hook Straight Bar that helps you perform pulldowns and other movements on a functional trainer.
New from Titan: Floor Glute & Hamstring Developer
For the floor, this Floor GHD allows you to perform back/hip extensions, sit-ups, and glute ham raises.
The most appealing feature for home gym owners is its ability to be flipped vertically and stored without taking up too much space.

They lost me with the cost. You can get a “poor man’s ghd” from Sorinex for about half the price.

The design is very cool, but the cool thing with real GHDs is that you can go very low with stuff like sit-ups and back extensions, you lose this possibility with this.
Anyway, even if Titan shipped to Canada, from what I’ve seen, this is way too expensive.

I have had a floor GHD. This looks like a nice design, still works for nordic curls and situps. You lose back extensions but gain hip Thrusts so depending on training priorities it good. Being able to store vertically and roll away is a big plus when tight on space

We’ve recently asked a few questions revolving around Airbnb.
To start, 87% believe they should have a “home gym” filter.
In addition, 3 out of 5 say they would pay more to stay at an Airbnb with a full garage gym setup.
And….. $20-$50 is likely the amount they’d pay, with over 71% saying they’d spend over $20.
