The seat can also be angled downward to create a footplate for low rows, so you don’t have to sit on the ground—though this feature is also available on the Trinity. The biggest functional difference from most lat pulldown/low row options in the US market today is the ability to lower the height of the top pulley, making lat pulldowns and similar movements more manageable in spaces with standard ceiling height.
  • Bells of Steel just dropped an upgraded Monolift Attachment, refining their older version with smoother swing-away arms, beefier hardware, UHMW bar protection, and (on the Hydra version) integrated rollers to make bar centering easier. You get dual weight stacks (260 lb base, upgradeable to 310), smooth cables, and a really clean feel all around. The updated footplate and higher row cable make pulls feel way better, and the trolleys stay low so you don’t lose rack space. Throw on some storage wings or pegboards and you’ve got one of the cleanest, most space-saving home gym setups out there.
  • Repone has been working on EStack for years, and it looks like digital weights might finally be ready for the gym. As far as we know, nobody’s really used it yet, but the tech is designed to replace old-school stacks and plates while connecting everything through one app. EStack can instantly change weight mid-rep—so it matches your stronger eccentric phase, runs drop sets hands-free, mimics bands, auto-spots, and more. The heavy-duty version goes up to 1,000 lbs and is built to run all day without overheating. Instead of removing attachments or dealing with pins and extra hardware, you can simply slide them up or down the uprights in seconds. They’re compatible with Titan’s T-3, X-3, and T-2 Series racks, giving users a more efficient way to set up for different lifts without slowing down their training.
  • The D-Nade Open Handles include a design that combines .313″ steel and a textured black powder coat. The tower is also accessory-friendly, allowing add-ons like a seat or lat-pull pad to expand exercise options.
  • Force USA has released the Tandem Tower, a cable system built around two 3×3 uprights made from 11-gauge steel with 1-inch holes. The setup uses freestyle pulley arms that adjust vertically and horizontally, and it offers both 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratios on a 200 lb stack that can be upgraded to 250 lbs. A sliding bench can be added to turn it into a cable-connected leg press or hack squat. The unit comes with several basic attachments and measures 53 in (W) × 58.5 in (D) × 87 in (H).
  • Bells of Steel has added the Oblivyon Tower to its lineup, a 3×3 cable tower built with 11-gauge steel and 4-way keyholes. Buyers can choose between a plate-loaded version or a weight-stack option, with an $840 price difference between the two. The pulley system runs at a 2:1 ratio by default but can be set to 1:1 when connected. Each tower comes with aluminum handles on bearings, swivel shackles, a 2-to-1 adapter, carabiners, and mounting brackets. There’s also the option to configure it as a squat stand with a pull-up bar in the center. Bells of Steel was one of the first to bring this style of cable tower to the home gym market, helping popularize the category.

  • AbMat’s ROM Pad is built to support the natural curve of the spine and allow for greater range of motion during chest work. By reducing strain on the lower back and promoting better form, it helps lifters target the core more effectively than traditional flat-ground sit-ups. Compact and durable, it’s a simple but useful tool for addingto your bench setup. Each pad is constructed from high-density foam with a tough vinyl exterior for long-lasting support and it weighs under 2 lbs.

With either a 10 lb aluminum handle or a 20 lb cast iron handle, it replaces a full set of fixed kettlebells while still working great for both strength and conditioning. A smart, space-saving option that makes training more flexible. This may be a good option for anyone who does not want to do high level kettlebell work.
  • Rogue and Mutant Metals have joined forces to release the Mutant Metals V-Grip Cable Attachment, built around a 70° V-frame with knurling that extends out to the handle sockets for better grip control. • REP Fitness dropped a Smith Machine Rack Attachment for the PR-4000 and PR-5000, giving home gym owners another way to expand their setups. It can be mounted inside or outside the rack and fits both 80” and 93” uprights. The bar path can be adjusted to -5°, 0°, or +5°, which adds some nice versatility depending on how you like to lift. You can also choose between Medium (Colorado) or Aggressive (Black Diamond) knurling. With a 450-lb weight capacity, it’s a clever way to add Smith-style training without taking up extra floor space.
  • Fringe Sport’s new Sidewing Pulley System mounts directly to most 2×2, 2×3, and 3×3 squat racks, using a plate-loaded design and adjustable pulleys for exercises like pulldowns, rows, and curls. It can be installed on one or both sides of a rack, adding cable versatility without taking up extra space. Unlike some more budget-friendly pulley systems, its design helps eliminate plate swing for smoother operation. Priced at $449 for a single and $850 for a pair, it’s open for pre-orders now with shipping expected in early 2026.
  • Rogue dropped new Lat Pulldown and Low Row Trainers for both the Monster and Monster Lite rack lines. Unlike the FM-6, which adds full functional-trainer pulleys on both sides, these new attachments focus strictly on traditional lat pulldown and low-row movements. They mount directly to compatible racks or wall-mount setups, giving users multiple configuration options. Each unit is built from 11-gauge steel with high-quality pulleys for smooth operation and long-term durability. Available as full standalone trainers or add-on kits, they offer a more streamlined option for those who want cable work without going all-in on a dual-stack functional trainer. The six different ways to purchase from Rogue are below:
  • The Stainless HollowCore EZ Bar from JD Gym Equipped is the only EZ-curl bar on the market that’s entirely hollow, made from stainless steel, and equipped with rotating bearings. • REP Fitness has released premium-grade stainless steel rack uprights and crossmembers for the PR-series, including stainless uprights and crossmembers that offer enhanced corrosion resistance and a polished, high-end look.
  • Major Fitness released the Heritage Series B17 — an all-in-one system combining a Smith machine, dual pulleys, and pull-up station in one compact setup. The frame uses 2×3” uprights made from 12- and 14-gauge steel, measuring about 78.7” wide, 71.3” deep, and 88.1” tall. It includes selectable 1:1 and 2:1 cable ratios, a linear-bearing Smith bar, and safety arms tested up to 1,000 lbs. Integrated storage helps keep plates and bars organized, and optional stack upgrades expand the resistance range. Overall, it appears to be a sturdier, more refined option than what Major Fitness has offered in the past, aimed at users wanting a higher-end all-in-one setup.
  • The Just the Dip (JTD) Curl Bar Holders from Darko Lifting are TPU rubber sleeves that slide onto dip handles or bars, allowing you to quickly convert to a curl-bar station. They accommodate multiple inner/outer diameters (28.5mm → 35mm, 28.5mm → 45mm, 35mm → 45mm, 45mm → 55mm) and double as fat-grip style attachments.
  • The Uclips W Grip is a stainless-steel cable attachment designed with 45 ° angled rotating handles to reduce wrist strain during rows, curls, and push-downs. It supports both overhand and underhand grips and can be hung upright or inverted for versatile orientation. Pre-orders open for shipping on 11/21/2025.
  • Bells of Steel released the Pandemonium Squat, a new multi-function machine that works as a pendulum squat, calf press, and Viking press. It uses a counterbalanced lever arm to help you get deeper, more controlled reps without the usual joint stress. The footprint and weight put it more in the “serious home gym” category, and it’s compatible with their 2.3″ × 2.3″ system for add-ons. It’s also adjustable enough to fit taller lifters, up to about 6’5″. A pre-order discount is included.
  • This new plate-loaded Leg Extension & Curl Machine from Bells of Steel uses a patent-pending toggle system that brings resistance in right from the start of the movement, avoiding the dead zone you may see in some other budget options. The unit weighs about 180 lb and measures roughly 60.5″ deep, 52″ wide, and 44.6″ tall, with a 350 lb load capacity on true 2″ Olympic sleeves. You get six seat angles, six back-pad angles, and multiple toggle positions to better fit different limb lengths and setups. It’s finished with heavier-duty steel, thicker padding, storage posts, and a bolt-down option for those who train alone.
  • The Crossmember Upright is a 60″ add-on upright that mounts directly to the bottom crossmember of a standard 3×3 rack with 1″ holes. It gives lifters an extra attachment point without interfering with their main uprights. This setup is aimed at those looking for more flexibility for pieces like the Isolator, storage add-ons, belt squat attachments, and similar accessories.
  • Bulletproof has added several options for the ISOLATOR that improve the resistance curves and can be added to other trolley or pulley systems for weight resistance.
    • Crossbow Cam: uses a full-length cam to roughly double the felt load and better match commercial machines, while offering options for 1:1 or 1:2 cable ratios.
    • Cam: uses a more standard cam attachment designed to work with the ISOLATOR unit’s hex-port system, letting you optimize the resistance curve and lever length for additional movement variety.
  • Rogue released a new Rotating V-Grip cable attachment designed for pushdowns, curls, rows, and similar cable work. It uses a 360° swivel with bronze bushings to allow free wrist rotation, and the 32 mm aluminum handles keep the grip consistent across different movements. The low-profile frame works in both high and low positions, an optional 70-degree kit changes the handle angle, and it comes in seven different handle color options.
  • The REP Leg Extension & Leg Curl Bench Attachment is a bench add-on designed for the BlackWing, Nighthawk, and AB-5000 benches. It supports plate-loaded resistance, band pegs, and an optional cable setup (up to 250 lb) and is built with the strength curve of both leg extensions and hamstring curls in mind. The unit features an adjustable shin pad, side handles, a flat thigh pad to reduce pinching, built-in wheels for easy maneuvering and storage upright, and a magnetic lock-pin mechanism (used in the two-lock-pin setup for quick installation and secure bench connection) that streamlines setup and teardown.
  • F&F Steel introduced the IronKeep Obelisk, a vertical storage post designed to organize accessories while taking up minimal floor space. It comes in 80″ and 90″ heights, uses either 3×2 or 3×3 steel, and features keyholes that fit both 5/8″ and 1″ attachments. The post mounts to the wall and can hold plates, bars, bands, and other small gear, and it can also function as a single upright for pulley systems or similar attachments. It includes two wall mounts, two stringer tubes, lag screws, and all necessary hardware—an extra-complete mounting kit that separates it from most other single-post options. The Black Friday sale knocks 20% off the price.
  • The Isolator continues to become even more versatile. Bulletproof Fitness Equipment just released an ISOLATOR Pullover Attachment that brings a machine-style pullover movement to the rack-mounted system. It uses a bent-tube design with an optional stability brace and is built to provide a full, smooth range of motion. It’s currently available for presale.
  • The APEX Ecosystem from The Tib Bar Guy centers around an adjustable bench that serves as the base for what seems to be one of the most robust attachment ecosystems currently offered for home gyms. The bench accepts multiple attachments, including a leg extension/leg curl unit, belt squat attachment, landmine, Nordic hamstring setup, Stryker-style pad for presses and rows, an ab station, and other add-ons aimed at lower-body, upper-body, and core training. In total, there appear to be 11 attachments that connect directly to the bench, allowing users to expand functionality over time rather than purchasing separate standalone machines.
  • The Profile PRO Weight Stack Functional Trainer is a wall-mounted rack/functional trainer from PRx Performance that was developed in collaboration with Dialed Motion. It uses dual 160-lb weight stacks at a 1:1 pulley ratio, offering a full range of cable-based exercises — from lat pulldowns and rows to presses, curls, and low-row movements. What sets it apart is Dialed Motion’s patent-pending Cable Retractor system, which maintains cable tension and simplifies height or exercise switching, making the trainer more space-efficient and smoother to operate. The unit folds flat against the wall when not in use, aligning with PRx’s space-saving design ethos. This is currently available for pre-order.

  • Fringe Sport’s Dragonfly Rack Mounted Multi-Flight Attachment turns a standard 3×3 rack into a versatile upper-body training station, with lateral raises being the standout use case alongside other shoulder, chest, and back movements. It features dual weight pegs and rotating 8-inch knurled handles designed to create smoother resistance and reduce wrist strain. The unit weighs roughly 40 pounds, making it a substantial attachment—sturdy and stable in use, but also something you’ll want to be mindful of when mounting or adjusting. It fits racks with either 1-inch or 5/8-inch holes and folds flat when not in use, offering solid functionality without permanently crowding your space. There’s also an optional wall-mount kit for those who want the same capabilities without sacrificing rack real estate.
  • REP’s updated Belt Squat Belt is a simple padded hip belt designed for loading lower-body movements without putting weight on your spine, and it uses multiple attachment points to fit a variety of setups. Beyond standard belt-squat work, it’s also meant to connect to REP’s upcoming treadmill for backward sled-style walking and hip-loaded conditioning. This utility add-on can also be used for weighted dips. It’s priced competitively compared to some of the other high quality options out there.
  • Fringe Sport just released the BOB Smith Machine, a rack-mounted smith-style attachment aimed at home gym owners who want guided lifting without buying a traditional smith machine.
    • Rack-mounted smith machine attachment that converts an existing squat rack into a guided-bar setup, avoiding the footprint of a standalone smith machine
    • Uses your own Olympic barbell instead of a fixed smith bar (compatible with most straight and select specialty bars up to ~32 mm diameter), which keeps knurling, whip, and overall feel familiar
    • Compatible with 3×3 racks using 1″ or 5⁄8″ holes (and select 2×3 racks).
    • Designed with a low starting height, making it viable for hip thrusts, lunges, deep squats, presses, and other movements that often don’t work well on traditional smith machines
    • Guided rails and bearing system are aimed at smoother, more controlled movement — appealing for hypertrophy work, rehab-friendly training, or safer solo lifting
    • Rated for ~700 lb capacity, which is more than enough for the types of lifts most people will realistically do on a smith setup
    • Weighs roughly 50+ lb installed, so it’s a substantial attachment but still far lighter and easier to live with than a full machine
    • Finished in a black powder coat and designed to stay tight to the rack to minimize space intrusion
    • Priced at $599 shipped, positioning it as a relatively accessible way to add smith-style training to a home gym
    • Comes with a lifetime warranty.
  • Temple of Gainz has released Version 3 of its selectorized Standing Multi-Flight (Deltoid Variant), continuing to refine what’s become one of the more home-gym-friendly lateral raise machines on the market
    • V3 focuses on smoother resistance and a more refined strength curve, improving consistency through the range of motion compared to earlier versions
    • The cam and pulley system has been revised, aiming to reduce dead spots and make lighter loads feel more usable — a big deal for isolation movements like lateral raises
    • Adjustability has been improved, with easier setup for different user heights and arm lengths, which was a common friction point in earlier iterations
    • Still uses a selectorized weight stack, keeping loading fast and consistent — no plates, no pegs, and less friction for higher-rep shoulder work
    • Designed specifically for standing lateral raises, keeping tension where it matters while minimizing momentum and cheating
    • Footprint and overall layout remain home-gym conscious, especially compared to commercial multi-flight machines that dominate floor space
    • As with any dedicated selectorized unit, value will come down to how much focused delt work actually lives in someone’s programming versus more versatile cable setups.
