TITAN Quick Release Roller J-Cups include a 24mm quick-release pop-pin, a self-centering nylon groove roller, and are made for 4 different style of racks.

I was a fan of the old ones for the price and these seem like a really nice upgrade to those.

Omni Bar from Bells of Steel

The Arch Nemesis Bar has been upgraded to the Omni Bar by Bells of Steel. This improved version features a rackable length and more aggressive knurling, making it compatible with power racks and bench stations while providing a stable grip for various exercises, including cable movements and neutral grip pull-ups.

The Omni Bar includes three neutral grip handles, which many users find more comfortable on the shoulders. It finished with a durable black sand powder coat, laser-cut end caps, and sleek branding for a stylish and functional addition to your training.

Tonal 2

The Tonal 2 now includes an increased weight resistance from 200 to 250 lbs, enhanced smart view using AI for coaching cues, automatic drop set capability, and more.

In general, this does feel like a nice upgrade based on what they are reporting.

The MultiLink 90 builds on the original MultiLink design with a new 90° attachment point, making it easier to connect attachments oriented differently. It merges multiple pulley cables into a single point, letting you load up your movements with ease. Made in the USA from durable steel and finished with industrial powder coating, it’s built to handle intense workouts while providing reliable performance. Upgrade your cable setup with the MultiLink 90 and take your training to the next level.
