  1. It’s difficult to comment on the Kabuki Strength takeover by Mr. Galgano because we have only heard one side of the story. Mr. Galgano stated in his interview that “this was not a ‘Hostile Takeover”. That said, a hostile takeover is a type of acquisition where one company takes control of another company without the approval or consent of the target company’s board of directors, i.e., the target company’s management is not in favor of the takeover, hence the term “hostile”. Was Kabuki Strength in favor of Mr. Galgano taking over their company and all of their intellectual property(s)?
