Introduction
This is the third year we’ve asked about trust levels in the top companies in this niche.
In the past, we simply polled Rogue, REP, Titan, and Amazon, but switched up the company list this year to – Rogue, REP, Titan, Bells of Steel, Fringe Sport, Get RXd, Black Widow Training, Major Fitness, and Fray Fitness.
Respondents were asked to rate their trust in each company as high, medium, low, or “don’t know.”
We selected these companies because they are likely the most popular among respondents and offer a range of prices and quality, allowing for meaningful conclusions.
If you’d like to see additional companies added, please add them to the comments at the bottom.
The Trust Levels
Below is a breakdown of the votes. In this section, I’ve removed the “IDK” votes from the percentages.
High
- Rogue: Most trusted, with 68.54% rating it as “High.” Less than 4% rate it “Low.”
- REP: High trust at 57.88%, with 36.76% rating it “Medium.”
- Black Widow Training: Trust is moderately high, with 44.64% at “High” and 23.63% at “Low.”
Medium
- Fringe Sport: Mixed trust, with most (49.12%) rating it “Medium.”
- Bells of Steel: Moderate trust, with 51.06% choosing “Medium” and 34.08% “Low.”
- Titan: Most (54.81%) rate it “Medium,” but 35.14% rate it “Low.”
- Get RXd: 47.87% rate it “Medium,” but 42.70% rate it “Low.”
Low
- Fray Fitness: Low trust, with nearly half (48.70%) rating it “Low.”
- Major Fitness: Very low trust, with 78.34% rating it “Low.”
As noted in the introduction, there was an option to vote “IDK” instead of selecting a specific trust level.
This should be taken into account alongside the other votes. Some companies are more well-known than others, and those with the highest “IDK” votes, like Major Fitness, Black Widow, and Get RXd, have the most potential to improve their trust scores as people become more familiar with them.
I wonder if the current delivery delays Rep is having had any affect.
