Introduction
Bells of Steel, REP, Titan, Rogue, Dialed Motion, Bridge Built, and Kleva Built all released some pretty impressive products last month.

Arcadia Functional Trainer
The Arcadia Functional Trainer is REP’s newest functional trainer option.
It’s compact (similar size to FT-3000 and will likely replace), highly adjustable, and appears to be the most advanced standalone functional trainer offered within this price range.
SS4 from Bells of Steel
The SS4 seems to be pretty similar to the SS3, which was solid, but they have upgraded the primary complaint.
Knurled handles are included, + there are three upgradeable handle styles.

- Seal Row Handles
- Spider Handles
Dialed Motion Trolley & Sidewinder
Dialed Motion is new to the game but appears to have brought two innovative and practical pulley systems to the market, which are now up for pre-sale.
These plate-loaded options can be used on a single side or combined to create a full functional trainer on the rack. Lat pulldown & low rows can also be accomplished.
- Trolley: designed to be used on the front posts with the weight on the post behind.
- Sidewinder: weight goes off to the said and may be the best option for someone with a squat stand. This option is also a bit cheaper.
Made in USA Belts from REP
REP now offers a premium “Made in USA Belts.” These include premium USA leather, stainless-steel buckle, roughed interior, numerous debossed logos, REP Logos, is USAPL compliant, and available in 6 different sizes. This is in partnership with Beltfed Strength!
Titan Series Adjustable Bench
The Titan Series Adjustable Bench appears to be a beast of a bench for the price.
It features:
- Nine back positions (0,15, 38, 45, 55, 60, 70, 85) & three seat positions (0,15, 30).
- 11 gauge steel frame & 1000 Lb rating in flat position/600 Lb rating in incline.
- Wheels to move & knurled handle to wield around.
- It can be stored upright.
- 40-inch back pad, so the pad gap will most likely not disrupt you.
Three New Options from Kleva
Kleva continues to pump out new products and released three today! You can buy them at a discount right now.
- Plate Storage Post: These are crafted from 100% stainless steel and are most likely the nicest plate storage options in existence.
- Landmine Club: Constructed with stainless steel hardware, powder-coated matte black finish, and anodized aluminum, this lightweight attachment seems to be a nice complement to the Adroit 2.0.
- Iso Grips: with a lightweight aluminum design, these can be utilized for single-hand cable work.
Rogue MG-4CN Narrow Multi-Grip Camber Bar
This new option includes three key changes that are nice, but not groundbreaking:
- Lockable Sleeves – Using an included Allen Wrench, you can easily switch the sleeves from unlocked (allowing them to spin freely like a standard barbell) to locked (zero movement for max stability). This is a cool feature that I don’t think is available anywhere else.
- 2 Sets of Knurled 32MM Handles are now included standard – (1) 12-degree angled pair and (1) 16-degree angled pair + the option to add more is there.
- Nylon Washers – Ensure that the frame’s finish is protected each time the adjustable handles are repositioned – I do find it hard to believe that this was not a part of the original product.
New Products from Bridge Built
Phoenix Squat Rack – 1” – this is just a limited-time run, but includes 1-inch holes vs. standard 3/4.”
Bulletproof Plates: 5 layers of precision, laser cut steel, 2 layers polycarbonate plastic, customizable.
Plate Station: Angular design and beefy construction. Wheels and barbell storage can be added too.
Clydesdale Change Plate Set: 3/8 and 1/4 American Steel Construction and 1% weight tolerance
Two Leg Machines from Bells of Steel
2-In-1 Iso Leg Press & Hack Squat Machine: This is an innovative leg press machine where you have the ability to use a single leg at a time. I don’t believe there is anything else like that available. Some additional info includes:

Leg Press/Hack Squat: This is a more budget-friendly option and seems pretty similar to what Titan offers. It’s a bit more compact than the Force USA one.
