Below, you’ll find survey results from last week. Topics include:
- “Which One?” comparisons like Rogue vs. Titan and others in the title with changes from 2021 results.
- The interest level in the new STEPR
- How many have heard of Hyrox?

Which One Results
To get these survey results, respondents simply needed to choose their preferences. This was a repeat survey done in April 2021, so we have some comparisons!
None of the 2023 ” winners ” lost this year, but there were some decent size changes. The big winners were powerlifting, REP, and adjustable dumbbells.
Nevertheless, Largest Increases Include:
- Adjustable Dumbbells over Loadable Dumbbells (+47%)
- REP over Sorinex (+42%)
- REP over Titan (+39%)
- Powerlifting over CrossFit (+33%)
The largest winner drops include:
- Bumper Plates over Iron Plates (-16%)
- Garage Gym Over Basement Gym (-10%)

STEPR Interest
The most popular response was “IDK what that is,” with 41% of the votes & 39% voted low interest (likely because of price). About 6.5% have high interest in the STEPR today.
Only 21% have heard of Hyrox.
Hyrox is “The World Series of Fitness Racing,” and only about 1 in 5 survey respondents have heard of it.
