Product Follow Up

Last week’s product idea got some feedback from the community, specifically reminding us that the non-knurled sections on the bar are to protect knees/chins from being scraped during deadlifts.

Neverthless, many still think that there was potential for it to be a product.

Survey Results

Interest in tech entering the home gym space continues to go down.

The open trap bar easily beats out the traditional hex bar as the choice for most.

In regards to the Open Trap Bar of choice, REP’s wins easily vs. Kabuki & Giant (all include different price points).

Only 38% say they save money by owning a home gym, which is down considerably from 3 years ago.

However, almost everybody says they save time by owning a home gym.

Your favorite reviewer is more likely to convince you to buy a home gym product than athlete or influencer.
