HomeGymCon Update
- On Friday, there will be an Armlifting USA contest with ticket options to join soon.
- Kaubki, Widebody Bench, and STEPR are all in as vendors for HomeGymCon.
New Product: Wide Body Bench
This is an adjustable bench with movable “side-pads” to help mimick floor press. It can also be used for incline curls and likely much more. It is currently on pre-order for $750.

Survey Results: Have You Heard of these Companies?
This is the 9th edition of the “Have You Heard of These Companies Survey.” The first one of these was done in June of 2019. Most of these companies can outfit your entire gym with a few others thrown in. As always, this survey was done via the Instagram Story feature in the Sunday Survey.
In general, there wasn’t too much variance from what we’ve seen in the past, therefore we are not going to over analyze this & not do this survey again until 2024.
