Stix and Stone was created at the beginning of the pandemic with power rack plans and concrete weight molds to help others when no equipment was available. Word spread pretty quickly through social media and before David knew it, he had a business. This interview dives deep into how it started, the company’s evolution, and what it’s up to today.
