Top Clip – Explaining the Isolator (11:12)

If you don’t know what The Isolator is, Larry breaks it down and explains everything it does.

Larry gets into the long list of exercises that this piece of equipment can bring into your space.

Top Clip #2 – Isolator Set Up Time (22:10)

When talking about set-up time, Larry talks about the base part of the unit being patented, simple to use, and able to support all future units.

The understanding to make this unit simple to use and to be able to add to it with future iterations shows that they are thinking about the user. He compares it to Apple, saying that if someone buys from him, they will be able to stick with them. The units will be able to go together.

Top Quote #1 – Letting the Product Speak for itself (10:21)

“The reality to me is common sense. If someone orders this unit and it doesn’t have x, y, & z that’s going to make it great, they’re not going to talk about it as being great.”

Larry wanted to get this out to the home gym community, and he knew the best way to get it into people’s hands and have them understand how good it was and get them talking about it. As presales began, he received feedback and quickly started making changes to the product.

Top Quote #2 – Adjusting the Isolator (19:14)

“A lot of people were asking that. So, that’s why I shot one on our Instagram. I think it went up in like 36 seconds which wasn’t me rushing. I was holding the pieces up to show them to the camera. It was at a normal pace of someone setting them up.”

One issue with many rack attachments or things that can be very versatile is that set-up time can keep you from using the item. Sometimes it’s easier just to do a different movement. Larry talks about the set up a time with Jake.

Top Quote #3 – Future Products (24:25)

“We have been filing patents and building designs, and we have nine designs that have gone through initial phases…”

“If things run smooth, we would like to see new items dropping every 60 days or less. Each of the designs is not something that piggybacks off of someone else. I feel like each one of our designs is completely different than anyone has done and that people are going to see as a completely stand-alone item that they haven’t seen…”

Larry mentions a belt squat and rear chain developer that is very unique to others in the market.
