Rogue AML-2 Adjustable Monolift 2.0

A Monster Lite version of the Adjustable Monolifts is now available from Rogue after releasing Adjustable Monolift for the Monster racks for their Monster Racks the month before. November Podcast Episodes

Below is a recap of the November podcasts released. Fun fact. These are ALL of the podcasts so far because we started last month. They include four weeks of survey recaps along with an interview with a product developer.

  • Trick or Treat: Halloween Sunday Survey Results, best bench for most people, Wide Pads from REP, and the RX505.

  • The Biggest Issues for Home Gym Owners Are….: a few quick hitters talking about the Assault Bike, “specialty bar” storage, and the new Bridge Built adjustable bench. Then, we’ll discuss a typically repeated survey each season, which revolves around the “issues” we face as home gym owners. There are two “issues” that are easily the biggest problems that home gym owners face.

Other Blog Posts

  • What Type of Barbell Should I Get? breaks down the different types of primary bars one should consider for their home gym – multi-purpose, power, Olympic weightlifting, and women’s?
  • The DIY Drink Spotter from Kyle Divine replicates the Massenomics spotter that just came to market.

Data Highlights

The Sunday Survey results are summarized in the podcasts above, but here are some exciting findings from last month.

  • In “REP or Titan?” these two companies went head to head. REP won this one pretty easily over Titan with 75% of the votes. This head-to-head matchup was also featured in June where just under 69% went with the equipment supplier based out of Denver. Therefore, the gap did widen a bit.

That’s it!
