This Hot or Not post analyzed the past 2 weeks of voting. We have an analysis of 20 different rack attachments.
Intro to Survey
Based on Instagram Story Voting, the “Hot Rating” is an average of the points per vote where:
- Hot = 3 points
- Warm = 1 points
- Neutral = 0 points
- Cold = -2 points
Therefore, the highest possible average is 3, and the lowest is -2. Below are the results.
32 Second Summary
- None of the “Rack Attacments” scored as high as most of your typical “home gym essential” like a barbell, power rack, or bench.
- The J-Cup 2.0 from Ghost Strong wins this one by a decent amount with the Rogue Matador (2nd) Rogue Monster Landmine 2.0 (3rd) slightly behind.
- Just about anything with “Rogue” in the name scored at the top of the results.
- The Rogue Rig Mount Speed Bag Platform and Force USA TV Mounting Bracket both scored below zero and had more than 30% vote cold.
- In addition to the top 3 mentioned above, Rogue Monster Landmine 2.0, Titan Adjustable Lever Arms REP Iso Arms, Rogue Slinger, Adroit Landmine, REP Belt Squat Attachment Ultimate Dip Attachment, Surplus Strength UPS High, and the PR-5000 Lat/Low Row all had at least 35% vote “hot.”

Highlights and Head to Head Matchups
- Rogue Matador (1.67) beats out the Ultimate Dip Attachment (1.15)
- Rogue Slinger (1.35) scores higher than the Surplus Strength UPS High (1.19) and PR-5000 Lat/Low Row (1.15)
- In a (jammer) arms race, the Rogue Lever Arm Kit (1.55) win by a solid amount with REP Iso Arms (1.28) beating out the Titan Adjustable Lever Arms for second place here.
- As previously mentioned the J-Cup 2.0 from Ghost Strong (1.75) was the number #1 item of the week. It scored quite a bit higher than the Titan Roller J-Cups (1.06).
- It’s always a tough matchup going up against Rogue products.The Monster Landmine 2.0 (1.58) wins against the Adroit Landmine (1.26) in the landmine matchup.
- PR-5000 Lat/Low Row (1.15) >G20 Lat/Low Row Add On (0.84) according to the votes
- The Torque Endless Rope, Stealth Leg Press, Rogue Rig Mount Speed Bag Platform, Force USA TV Mounting Bracket all had more than 20% cold votes and less than 25% hot votes. They also included the most “neutral” votes.
- Titan Roller J-Cups and REP Monolifts had the most “warm” votes.
