One A Day Recap

The Rogue Parallel Landmine Handles are some of the beefiest attachments out there and would make a solid addition to any landmine setup. These are well-made, easy to use, sturdy, and not the most versatile, but not too tough on the wallet. If you miss your t-bar workouts from your commercial gym, this is a solid alternative.

The 15-In Loadable Dumbbells from Titan are one of those items that will absolutely get the job done for someone looking for a budget dumbbell option. For a pair of these 15β€³ dumbbell handles, you’re looking at $89.99 with no shipping cost, which is much less expensive than all other options out there. The Rogue DB-10’s are nearly 3x more expensive before shipping. While these are not “perfect,” it makes a nice dumbbell option for many. This is a solid option for someone looking to add some dumbbell versatility and doesn’t want to go out and buy a set or multiple pairs, which adds up in cost quickly. Space is also a concern for someone interested in these.

The G-20 is the latest and most advanced All-in-One Trainer from Force USA. With this monster rack, you have the ability to perform hundreds of different workouts within a 35 sq ft. footprint. The base G-20 unit includes 29 attachments, 2 – 289 lb stack weights, plenty of interior space to accomplish much of what you could do within an entire commercial gym, and is built like a tank. You also have the ability to add a world-class lat row station.

The 6 in 1 Plyo-Box is arguably the most versatile plyo-box out there. This box is unique in that it includes 6 different box options that can be used for 6 different heights. While this is not the best choice for all, it is a nice one for those looking to get as much versatility as possible within a plyo-box. It also includes low impact on the joints and is a solid alternative for those with a household of different “skill-sets” or ages.
