One a Day Recap
✍️ This process is now being documented on Twitter. Follow and comment along!
Rackable Curl Bar from REP: Yes, curling in the squat rack is okay! Numerous benefits accompany a curl bar that is able to be racked on a rack. A curl bar like this is an upgrade that many should consider compared to the traditional options. This Rackable Curl Bar checks just about all of the boxes. It includes premium finish options, has a solid knurl, angles that are easy on the joints, and a smooth spin. It’s rock solid.
V3 Dumbbell Stand and Plate Tree from Titan: Those adjustable dumbbells on the ground are annoying, but so is paying for storage after purchasing an expensive set. Spending hours on a DIY project doesn’t sound like a good use of time either. In addition, it’s likely that if your adjustable dumbbells are on the ground, they probably are not as used as much as they should be. It’s easy to ignore, and you may not be getting the full value out of them. This option from Titan is a practical solution. There aren’t any other adjustable dumbbell storage options that are this versatile, especially for the price. While not overbuilt, this is a solid option that has the ability to hold a good amount of weight. It will make your adjustable dumbbell experience much smoother if they are currently sitting on the ground.
Rogue Deep Dish Plates: For those in search of some iron plates, these Made in the USA options would be highly recommended. Not only are they some of the best-looking plates out they are going to be extremely durable over time. The finish and coating are as good as it gets. These plates are priced reasonably (a bit higher than traditional iron but much less than calibrated) and would definitely be a “flex” within any gym.
Rogue Releases the Adjustable Bench 3.0
The Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 has several additional color options, an upgraded 3×3″ 11-gauge steel frame, and more back positions the 2.0 has officially been upgraded. However, the most enticing part may be the reduced shipping cost. Shipping cost has reduced by at least $100, which will take away some of the stings when going to check out.
