Below is a summary of surveys and other feedback from last week:
Decline or Wide Pad Attachment for Adjustable Bench?
Sunday Survey Results – Issues
SkiErg Easily Beats Endless Rope
More Intriguing Add On – FIDAB-2 or AB-5200?
We’ve discussed this before. The Rep AB-5200 and Get RXd FIDAB-2 are very similar, but the attachments are different. The AB-5200 includes a Wide Pad Option, while the option from Get RXd has decline capabilities and a dumbbell holder. On an IG post, it was asked, which one are you going with? Over 66% went with the option from Get RXd.
In addition, it was asked via the Instagram Story (where there were quite a bit more votes): “what was the more intriguing adjustable bench add-on?” The attachment for decline (55%) narrowly beat out the wide pad option.

Issues – Sunday Survey Results
Last week’s Sunday Survey took a look at “issues” home gym owners face. For this, you needed to highlight whether it was an issue or not then, if it was an issue, whether or not it was large, mild, or minor.
Highlights include:
- The price of obtaining more equipment was identified as the largest issue, with a lack of space being a close second. Only 6.5% and 11.7% said this was not an issue at all, much lower than all others.
- Finishing workouts in your home gym and concern about making too much noise were voted as the largest “non-issues.”
- While just over 50% said working out safely is not an issue, it did receive the third most “large issue” votes. Therefore, while most feel safe, it is top of mind for about 1 out of 5.
- Temperature control is at least a “minor issue” for 74%, making it the third biggest issue on this list.
- While most say it’s a “minor issue,” distractions during home workouts affect 69%.
- In total, 38.4% of these were seen as “not an issue,” 30.6% as a “minor issue,” 17.2% “mild,” and 13.8″ as “large.” Therefore a majority of these were seen as critical issues.
- The rest are highlighted below, and all 2021 Survey Results can be found here.
SkiErg Easily Beats out Endless Rope
Over 83% voted for the SkiErg in this head-to-head matchup with the Torque Endless Rope. This was a tough matchup for the relatively newly released Endless Rope as it faced up against one of the Concept 2 beasts.

Hot or Not – Fully Loaded Half Rack for the Win
The recently updated Rex Series Fully Loaded Half Rack 75 came out on top this week as it narrowly beat out the Rep AB-3000, which is possibly the best adjustable bench option out there for most.
- With nearly 82% “hot votes, the newly released Rep Old School Iron Plates impressed most, about 1% higher than when Kabuki Iron Plates were highlighted a few months earlier.
- Monkey Feet came out on the bottom, most likely because not all knew what they were.
- The Concept 2 BikeErg is one of the more popular cardio options but scored much lower than other popular options like the Concept 2 Rower or Rogue Echo Bike.
- All other scores are below, and you can find all 2021 results here.

Jammer Arms Feedback
There were more “Yays” than “Nays” for jammer arms, and the overall feedback on this post was pretty positive for them. The ones highlighted here are from Fray Fitness and fit this REP Rack nicely. A summary of the feedback included:
- It’s a product many desire, but they are not cheap and not #1 on the priority list.
- Some that own rave about the versatility they add within a small footprint. You’re able to train shoulders, chest, back, etc.
- Most of the options are typically out of stock.
- In the IG Story, 63% voted “Yay.”
