Garage Gym Competition Coming Soon….

Guest Post by Joe Gray for Garage Gym Competition Announcement:

Hey Everyone, my name is Joe Gray, I go by Gray Matter Lifting on the various interweb channels, I’m a moderator on r/HomeGym and it is almost time for the Garage Gym Competition.

Don’t know what I’m talking about? First off, where have you been the last four years? Second…

The Garage Gym Competition is a virtual powerlifting meet for at-home lifters. No registration, no fees, easy entry, compete at any time during the week from your own gym, with a ton of awesome stuff up for grabs, all handed out via an open raffle where top prizes can be won with a 200lb or 2000lb total. Expect to see several thousand people around the globe enter this year: from seasoned professional powerlifters to complete beginners; from grandmas to 3-year-olds; moms and dads and husbands and wives; every race creed and color; from multiple continents across this planet we call Earth. The Garage Gym Competition is for anyone who pursues strength with a bar and weights at home.

We have over $30,000 in prizes up for grabs this year, including a $4,000 gift card from Fray Fitness. And again, you can win literally any of the prizes by simply entering, no need to be a peaked and professional powerlifter. This is a competition for everyone (as long as you lift at home). And your boy Jake is part of the GGC Council, so you KNOW this is a competition with the garage gym community at its core.

If you are intrigued, the best place to check it out is on Instagram @GarageGymCompetition or garagegymcompetition.com.

Hope to see you compete in May!
