On 12/2/2020, there were 8 matchups voted on in the Instagram Story.
WE HAVE THE RESULTS!
HERE IS A SUMMARY:
- The tightest matchup was the cardio equipment question where the Echo Bike was matched up against each of the big 3 Concept 2 machines. The Rogue Echo Bike won 39.5% of the votes, just beating out the Concept 2 Rower (38.9%). The SkiErg and BikeErg combined for about 21% of total votes. BTW, this was the only question asked with 4 possible answers. The rest were head to head matchups.
- The next closest comparison was between the Limited Edition J-Cups from Bridge Built and the recently released Rep Limited Edition Monolift (both pictured below). Bridge eeked out a win with 53% of the votes. You can also chime in on this IG POST.
- Speaking of Rep, they were also in a head to head matchup with Titan. Rep won 59% of the votes. Side Note….. When GGE started 3.5 years ago, this probably wouldn’t have been even close. Rep has continued to innovate and expand on their products over time and this poll is a great example of how many have noticed.
- In a vote of premium bumper plates, 3 out of every 5 votes went to Competition Plates over Urethane. The photos used came from LUXIAOJUN BARBELL (who does have them in stock).
- Somewhat surprisingly, traditional olympic plates beat out the newly released deep dish plates from Rogue. 60% chose traditional iron.
- White Text with 2 out of 3 votes vs. the Black Text on Echo Bumper Plates from Rogue.
- Powdercoat over Competition when it comes to kettlebells for 70% of the respondents. Kettlebell Kings was the example here. They’ve recently updated thier powder coat kettlebells with a new proprietary paint method that further improves the quality. It has enhanced durability with a new special pre-paint clean and baking process. More info on this IG Post.
- Lastly, the biggest winner is the Tactical Vest (73%) over the Rucksack (27%).
