WOAH WOAH WOAH!! You not subscribed to this blog yet??? You can do so right here before you check these results out.
Here we have 2 different weeks of Hot or Not Results, which take place sporadically in the Instagram Stories. Here is a summary of the results with a deeper breakdown below the chart.
- The Rex Series Triple Power Rack from Raptor Fitness was THE HOTTEST ITEM and the only one to have a “score” over 90%. This rack just so happens to be on sale right now as well.
- Rubber Hex Dumbbells greatly outscored adjustable, loadable, and cast iron options.
- Rogue makes some good looking iron. Deep Dish/Machined Olympic Plates are 🔥
- Rack attachments scored very well.
- The average score was 67%. Surprisingly, yokes, an FID Bench, the newish Rogue Timer, and the Titan SSB all scored below this #.
- Check out the overall results below:
The 90’s
The Rex Series Triple Power Rack from Raptor Fitness is A UNIT! People must like that.
The 80’s
Welcome to the 80’s where the Rogue Machined Olympic Plates beat out the new Rogue Deep Dish Plates.
You also have Rubber Hex Dumbbells, a Dip and Landmine attachments
, and the Wisdom Squat Rack from LU Xiaojun.
The 70’s
Fleck Plates are alone in this section with 76% voting hot. These have been selling out within minutes at Rogue.com.
The 60’s
7 items scored between 60 and 70 percent:
- This Cable Crossover is not something most home gym owners would have space for, but still scored right around average. This is a very nice option from Fray Fitness by the way.
- As previously mentioned, it’s somewhat surprising that the yoke from Raptor Fitness didn’t score as high. Not only can you use it for strongman activity, but most yokes serve as a heavy duty squat stand.
- The Rogue Echo Gym Timer is a good looking little tool, but it’s not cheap.
- The All Balls from I Sell Fitness are a Wall Ball + Slam Ball in one. It’s a versatile item and feel sort of like a heavy basketball.
- This T-Bar Row is a fan favorite at many corporate gym settings. The one highlighted in this survey comes from Fray Fitness.
- The FID Bench from Fray Fitness scored in the low 60’s. Most do seem to prefer a more stout incline or flat bench.
- Rounding out the 60’s is the Safety Squat Bar from Titan Fitness. Many seem to be very happy with this purchase.
The 50’s
- Cast Iron Dumbbells just don’t compare well to rubber hex dumbbells, but did beat out the adjustable and loadable options.
- The Rogue Loadable Dumbbells carry a decent price tag and are a bit bulky for many.
The 40’s
- Turf for the home gym? Only hot for 49%. The turf highlighted here is newly released from Bells of Steel.
- Powerblock Dumbbells did not score very high here.
The 30’s
- In last place was this Arm Blaster from Bells of Steel. Guess people don’t appreciate a good arm day these days.
