Warming Up is Difficult #sundaysurvey

  • Warming up continues to be an issue for home gym owners.

Analysis

Between warming up, moving at a good pace during workout, and finishing strong, what do you struggle with most? With 56% of the votes, warming up wins this one. Moving at a good pace gained almost 30% of the votes.

How many people workout in your gym? Only 38% of gyms have a single person working out in the home gym setup. About 44% have two and the other 18% is 3 or more.

How much do you care about barbell collars? Only 19% said “not much” and just 16% care “very much.” The most popular vote was “neutral,” but there are a lot more votes on the side that cares than not.

How likely are you to purchase a product that your favorite athlete promotes? Most say that it makes no difference, but about 38% say that they are at least “more likely” to purchase that product. Regardless, it’s still probably a good way to spread the word about a specific product.

How many different pairs of shoes do you use to workout? For the most part, respondents wear multiple types of shoes to workout. This matched up perfectly with another question where 71% say they workout with different types of shoes for different types of workouts.
