A piece of equipment that can serve multiple purposes is a trait many home gym owners greatly appreciate. A yoke is definitely one of those items. There is so much more than just carry across your back. Some examples of its versatility will be explained below.

*There are a lot of new email subscribers. This is a “What’s in the Pic” article where a picture of something in the home gym is explained. This week it is “What’s on the YOKE?” You can expect one of these each week. If not subscribed, you can do so below:

The Yoke

First of all, this is the Super Yoke from Bells of Steel. With this item, you have the ability to add items like roller j-cups, spotter arms, belt squat/lever arms attachments, a pulley system, and more to make it a truly versatile piece of equipment. Therefore, it can be used as THE SQUAT RACK of your home gym, but still able to be carried as a traditional yoke and pushed as a sled.

This yoke is sturdy, priced well, and very versatile as previously mentioned. A full review of the yoke is in process, but it’s easy enough to recommend right now as a tool that many home gym owners would love and benefit from.
