There is much excitement about the recent release of the AB-5200 Adjustable Bench and here are some initial thoughts:
- It’s built like a truck, but portable. The bench weighs 125 pounds but can easily be wheeled around.
- EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE in both flat and incline positions.
- Takes just a few seconds to store vertically and adjust from flat to incline
- Took only about 15-20 minutes to put together. Only a few pieces needed to be combined and can be done alone
- The Red is sharp. No nicks or chips were found.
Overall, this bench is just about as impressive as it gets. There are a ton of little details that combine together to create a monster of a bench. It’s not cheap, but would be a premium addition to just about anyone’s home gym.
