Rogue and Titan Fitness are probably the most recognized companies selling equipment for home gyms in the U.S. When asked if you could only have one, Rogue had more than 5 times the votes of Titan.
What’s the max weight you put on a barbell and how much weight do you own were asked back to back in the survey. The goal was to see if there were mass differences between the two. It’s tough to draw conclusions from the responses below, but it doesn’t seem to be much of an issue except for those that have less than 150 pounds (small % of total respondents).
Every bit of space is precious for most home gym owners.  Only 10 percent of respondents are working with more than 400 square feet and just about half have a space between 100 and 250 square feet.
Only 20% of respondents own a gym timer. Many others are interested in obtaining one though.
Most are not opposed to a tv being in the home gym.
It’s rare that someone will buy a piece of equipment for their home gym upon first visiting the website. About half of respondents said that it takes at least 6 website visits before purchasing something new for their gym.
